Sales Order Entry - Enter a Stock Code (Tip)

Did you know that you can enter a Sales Order line item in SYSPRO if you don't know the Stock Code? Here is where you enter the Sales Order Line Item:

If you click on the small box beside the magnifying glass on the Stock Code line, you will get a drop down menu.

You can choose to enter your stock code using a Model number, the Customer Interchange (Or Customer Stock Code) if it exists, or the Supplier Stock Code. If SYSPRO finds a match for the number you enter, it will cross reference with AEC's Stock Code and fill in the information for you automatically.
